Happy Thursday peeps! My girls and I had soooo much fun cooking as a family last night and I only had to check them a couple of times for interrupting me or doing something they shouldn’t be doing. LOL
Here is the recipe for the semi-homemade meal so easy your kids can cook it! You can also swap out the chicken for pork chops if you want. Yummy! If you have a big family you can make the same amount as me or you can just cut the recipe in half! I’m also including the best green bean recipe too.
Un-Stuffed Pork Chops
- Boneless Pork Chops- I used 8 but I have a big family
- 2 boxes of Stove-Top Stuffing (Prepare as directed on the box)
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup (10 oz)
- Drizzle of Olive oil
- Saltgrass 7 Spice to taste
- 1/2 cup of milk
Heat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil to save time on clean up and put the pork chops on the pan. Drizzle olive oil and seasoning onto the pork chops and rub in. Cook in the oven for about 15 minutes or until almost done. While the pork chops are cooking, prepare the stove top stuffing following the directions on the box. Heat the cream of mushroom soup and milk in a sauce pan. When the pork chops are ready top with stove stop stuffing. Pour the soup mixture over stuffing. Place back into the oven and bake for 15 more minutes! Serve it up. I told you it was easy 🙂
The Best Green Beans EVER
- Family size bag frozen whole green beans
- 1/2 tsp Garlic
- 1 tbs Saltgrass 7 Spice (I told you I put it on EVERYTHING!)
- 4 Slices of bacon, Cut into small pieces
Heat cast iron skillet to high, drizzle a little bit of olive oil in the pan. Add bacon and cook until translucent(halfway done). Put garlic and 7 spice in and stir around. Add Green Beans, turn down heat and cover. Let cook stirring occasionally for about 20 minutes. You can also transfer these into the oven as well for a little bit of a different flavor. Either way they’re aaaahhhmazing!
Thanks for watching, I’ll see you next Wednesday at 7!
